Meet Mr. Paul

Man with glasses and a blue striped tie.

Interim Head of School - Stuart Paul

Mr. Paul has been a member of the Christ Covenant School faculty for eleven years and served as Academic Dean for the past two years. During his time at the school, he has taught a wide range of subjects across grades 7–12, including mathematics, history, Latin, Spanish, Greek, Bible, doctrine, and logic. He also oversees the senior students' Pinnacle Project and has coached men’s volleyball for five years. In his administrative role, Mr. Paul has contributed to curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and strategic planning, working closely with school leadership to support the school’s academic and spiritual mission.

Mr. Paul holds a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Mid-Atlantic Christian University and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies with a New Testament concentration from Cincinnati Christian University, graduating with highest academic honors in both programs. In addition to his work at Christ Covenant, he taught as an adjunct instructor at Mid-Atlantic Christian University for approximately ten years and previously served in full-time youth ministry.

Over the course of his time at Christ Covenant, Mr. Paul has developed a deep appreciation for classical Christian education and its emphasis on forming students in wisdom and virtue. He is committed to cultivating in students a love for truth, goodness, and beauty, equipping them to think clearly, communicate effectively, and live faithfully in every area of life.

Mr. Paul has been actively involved in his local church for over a decade, teaching and serving in a variety of capacities, and has also participated in community outreach efforts in the Greenville area. He and his wife have been married for nearly 21 years and have two children currently enrolled at Christ Covenant School.
